Are you a direct CSP or indirect? Indirect CSP. We transact through Microsoft's authorized distributor channel — gives us access to Microsoft's full catalog without the scale minimums of direct CSP.
Can I add seats to my existing tenant? Yes. We add seats to an existing tenant or spin up a new one — typically same-day for new commercial tenants.
Can you migrate us from Open Value or MPSA to CSP? Yes. Typical migration: 2–6 weeks depending on complexity.
Do you support GCC and GCC High? Standard commercial and GCC: yes. GCC High: available on request via the appropriate compliance-authorized channel; longer timeline.
What about Microsoft Advanced Specializations? Our current tier and specializations are published on the Microsoft Partner Directory. We don't claim specializations we don't hold.
