It should be read alongside the Nuveriq Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, more efficient, and to provide information to site operators. Similar technologies include pixels (tiny image tags), local storage (browser-based storage), SDKs, and fingerprinting techniques. In this Policy, we use the term "cookies" to include these similar technologies.
Cookies may be set by the website you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by third parties whose services are loaded on the website (third-party cookies). Cookies may persist only for the duration of your browsing session (session cookies) or for a longer defined period (persistent cookies).
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
We classify cookies into the following categories:
2.1 Strictly Necessary (Essential)
Required to operate the Services, authenticate users, maintain sessions, enable secure checkout, prevent fraud, and remember the items in your Quote or cart. These cannot be turned off through our consent tool. Disabling them in your browser will cause parts of the Services to stop working.
2.2 Preferences
Remember choices you make (language, region, display settings, saved addresses) to provide a consistent experience.
2.3 Analytics
Help us understand how visitors use the Services, measure performance, and identify issues. We use both first-party analytics and third-party analytics providers.

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
4.1 In-Product Preferences
When you first visit the Services, we display a cookie banner allowing you to accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies. You can update your preferences at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer.
4.2 Browser Controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies from settings. Blocking essential cookies will break parts of the Services. Consult your browser's help pages:
- Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and other major browsers each provide cookie controls in their settings menus.
4.3 Third-Party Opt-Outs
You can opt out of certain third-party analytics and advertising cookies through industry programs:
- Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) opt-out: https://optout.aboutads.info
- Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out: https://optout.networkadvertising.org
- European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA): https://www.youronlinechoices.eu
- Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
4.4 Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of "sale" and "sharing" under applicable state privacy laws for users whose browser transmits GPC.
4.5 California "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"
California residents can exercise their opt-out rights via the cookie preferences tool or by emailing [privacy@nuveriq.com]. See the Privacy Policy for additional rights.
5. Do Not Track
Browsers may transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no common industry standard for how websites respond to DNT signals. We do not currently respond to DNT signals, but we do honor opt-outs made through the cookie preferences tool and GPC signals as described above.
6. Third-Party Cookies and Providers
Third-party providers that set cookies through the Services (for example, Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Stripe) process data under their own privacy and cookie notices. Review those notices for details. We do not control third-party cookies.
7. Children
The Services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through cookies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the Services, the cookies we use, or applicable law. We will post the revised Policy with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through an in-product notice or other reasonable means.
