Configured servers and workstations always go through quote because the options matrix (drives, RAM, NICs, controllers, OS, ProSupport tier) needs to be captured before pricing.

What's your Dell partner tier? Our current PartnerDirect tier is published on the Dell partner directory. We don't claim a tier we don't hold.
How long for a configured PowerEdge? Typical lead: in-stock SKUs ship 2-day; factory-configured can be 4–8 weeks depending on options. The quote shows the actual lead time.
Can you handle Dell Premier integration? Premier integration is on roadmap. For now, we work outside Premier — quote, PO, ship.
ProSupport: do you renew existing service tags? Yes. Send the service tag list and the desired tier; the quote covers renewal terms (1 / 3 / 5 year).
Are public-sector buyers self-serve? No. SLED is quote-only. Visit /government.
