For government.
Quote-only IT procurement for SLED buyers. No self-serve checkout — public-sector procurement rules don't fit a self-serve cart cleanly. Tell us your contract vehicle and we route accordingly.
Why no cart for SLED
Public-sector procurement is governed by contract vehicles (GSA MAS, NASPO ValuePoint, state cooperatives), approved-vendor lists, P-Card constraints, and audit requirements that don't fit a self-serve cart cleanly. Every SLED request routes to a quote so the paper, the pricing vehicle, and the documentation are clean from the start.
Who Nuveriq serves in public sector
- State and local agencies — county IT, city IT, state-level department IT
- K–12 school districts — district-level IT, classroom technology refresh programs
- Higher education — university central IT, departmental IT, research computing
- Special districts and authorities — transportation, utility, regional authorities with their own procurement rules
For large federal agencies with full FedRAMP-High workloads and mandatory GSA-vehicle-only procurement: Nuveriq isn't positioned for that tier yet. See "What we don't claim" below.
Current procurement paths
Honest snapshot of what's available right now:
| Path | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Direct purchase (off-contract) | Active today | SLED buyers with off-contract purchase authority can transact directly via the quote path. Most common path today. |
| GSA MAS | In progress | Application in review. Not yet awarded. |
| NASPO ValuePoint | Inquiry in progress | Exploring cooperative purchasing partnerships. No active NASPO contract. |
| State cooperatives (TIPS, Sourcewell, others) | Under evaluation | Early-stage conversations with cooperative purchasing organizations. |
| Existing state/local master contracts | Case-by-case | Some jurisdictions allow authorized-reseller substitution on vehicle-based purchases. Email gov@nuveriq.com with your vehicle and we'll advise. |
We will not list a vehicle on this page until it's actually awarded and active. If you don't see it listed, we don't have it.
How quoting works for SLED
Public procurement has its own rhythms — fiscal-year deadlines, appropriations that expire, RFQs that compress 8-week buying decisions into 2-week windows. The quote flow fits those rhythms:
- Same-business-day quote turnaround for budget documentation
- Documented quote history stored in your account — useful for audit trails and requisition packets
- Compliance-documented authorizations — every authorized vendor relationship is verifiable through the vendor's partner directory; authorization letters available on request
- Multi-site ship splits for distributed agencies — school districts and county agencies often need split shipments across buildings; the agent handles it in one quote
Vendor partnerships for compliance-sensitive procurement
Direct authorization with: Microsoft, AWS, Dell, Cisco, Salesforce, Logitech, Zendesk.
Channel access for: Lenovo, HP, Ubiquiti, Fortinet and most major OEMs in distribution.
Each authorization is verifiable through the respective vendor's partner directory. Authorization letters and program tier documentation are available on request to gov@nuveriq.com.
Security & compliance posture (what's true today)
| Standard | Status | |---|---| | TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest | Active | | PCI-DSS via Stripe | Inherited (Stripe Level 1) | | SOC 2 Type II | In planning — not yet audited | | HIPAA | Not claimed at launch | | FedRAMP | Not claimed; not in scope | | CJIS | Not claimed |

How to engage
Email: gov@nuveriq.com
What to include in first outreach:
- Jurisdiction (state, city, district)
- Procurement vehicle you typically use
- Approximate annual IT spend relevant to our authorized vendors
- Any compliance constraints (HIPAA, CJIS, state-specific) that affect vendor selection
Response SLA: one business day.
If your jurisdiction requires a specific contract vehicle we don't yet hold, several paths are still useful:
- Tell us which vehicle you need — we use this to prioritize contract pursuits
- Use the quote path for RFQ comparables — even if the eventual award goes elsewhere, a Nuveriq quote provides documented channel pricing for your RFQ paperwork
- Check back as we land vehicles — we'll update this page as contracts are awarded
